Agency Receivable definition

Agency Receivable means any Receivable that has one or more Agency Obligors with respect thereto.
Agency Receivable means an Ad Receivable with respect to which an Ad Agency purchased the related advertising or entered into the related Contract or otherwise facilitated the origination of such Receivable on behalf of such Advertiser.
Agency Receivable means a Receivable reimbursable under an Agency MBS or an Agency purchase contract.

Agency Receivable means an account receivable recognized by a Qualified Comshare Company (in accordance with the Company's accounting practices as in effect as of the date hereof) as owing by the relevant end-user arising from the rendition of services sold to such end-user by a party which a Qualified Comshare Company considers (in accordance with the Company's business practices as in effect on the date hereof) as its agent (as opposed to its distributor).

  • Receivable any right to payment for goods sold or leased or for services rendered, whether or not such right is evidenced by an Instrument or Chattel Paper and whether or not it has been earned by performance (including, without limitation, any Account).

  • Receivables means the Accounts, Chattel Paper, Documents, Investment Property, Instruments and any other rights or claims to receive money which are General Intangibles or which are otherwise included as Collateral.
