Agent Orange definition

Agent Orange means the herbicide composed primarily of trichlorophenoxyacetic acid and dichlorophenoxyacetic acid.

  • Agent Office means the designated office of the Agent, which office, as of the date of this Agreement, is the office of the Initial Note A-1 Holder listed on Exhibit B hereto, and which is the address to which notices to and correspondence with the Agent should be directed. The Agent may change the address of its designated office by notice to the Note Holders.

  • Agent-Related Person has the meaning assigned to it in Section 9.03(d).

  • Consignor means a person that delivers goods to a consignee in a consignment.

For the purpose of these rules, the term Area Agency on Aging is inclusive of both Type A and Type B Area Agencies on Aging as defined in ORS 410.040 and described in ORS 410.210 to 410.300.

  • Winter means November 1 through March 31.
