Agents definition

Agents means, collectively, the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent.

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Trust Deed and/or the ETP Securities, the Agents shall not be liable to any person for any matter or thing done or omitted to be done in any way in connection with this Agreement save in relation to its own negligence, wilful default or fraud.

• As soon as practicable after delivering any Global Security or Definitive Security, the Issuing and Paying Agent shall supply to the Issuer, the Trustee and the other Agents all relevant details of the ETP Securities delivered in such format as it shall from time to time agree with the Issuer.
