Aggregate Amortized Cost definition

Aggregate Amortized Cost means, with respect to any Collateral Debt Security that is an Interest Only Security as of any date of determination, (a) on the date of acquisition thereof by the Issuer, the cost of purchase thereof and (b) on any date thereafter, the present value of all remaining payments on such Collateral Debt Security discounted to such date of determination as of each subsequent Distribution Date at a discount rate per annum equal to the internal rate of return on such Collateral Debt Security as calculated in good faith and in the exercise of its judgment by the Collateral Manager at the time of acquisition thereof by the Issuer.
Aggregate Amortized Cost. With respect to any Interest Only Security or Principal Only Security, as of any date of determination (a) on the date of acquisition thereof by the Issuer, the cost of purchase thereof and (b) on any date thereafter, the present value of all remaining payments on such security discounted to such date of determination as of each subsequent due date for such security at a discount rate per annum equal to the internal rate of return on such security as calculated in good faith by the Collateral Manager at the time of purchase thereof by the Issuer.
Aggregate Amortized Cost means, with respect to any Interest Only Security, (a) on the date on which the Issuer enters into the related CDS Agreement Transaction, the market value of such security as of such date as determined by the Collateral Manager in good faith and in the exercise of its judgment (exercised in accordance with the standard of care set forth in the Management Agreement) and (b) on any date thereafter, the present value of all remaining payments to the Issuer under the related CDS Agreement Transaction (or, if such security has become a Delivered Obligation, the present value of all remaining payments on such security) discounted to such date of determination as of each subsequent Distribution Date at a discount rate per annum equal to the internal rate of return on such security as calculated by the Collateral Manager in good faith and in the exercise of its judgment (exercised in accordance with the standard of care set forth in the Management Agreement) at the time the Issuer enters into the related CDS Agreement Transaction.

Related to Aggregate Amortized Cost

  • Trip Cost means the dollar amount of Trip payments or deposits paid by the Insured prior the Insured’s Trip Departure Date and shown on any required application which is subject to cancellation penalties or restrictions. Trip cost will also include the cost of any subsequent pre-paid payments or deposits paid by the Insured for the same Trip, after application for coverage under this plan provided the Insured amends the Application to add such subsequent payments or deposits and pays any required additional plan cost prior to the Insured’s Departure Date.

  • Monthly Loss Amount means the sum of all Foreclosure Losses, Restructuring Losses, Short Sale Losses, Portfolio Losses, Modification Default Losses and Deficient Losses realized by the Assuming Institution for any Shared Loss Month.

  • Cumulative Loss Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the aggregate amount of Realized Losses incurred from the Cut-off Date to the last day of the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs and the denominator of which is the Cut-off Date Pool Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans.

  • Cumulative Loss Amount means the sum of the Monthly Loss Amounts less the sum of all Recovery Amounts.

  • Direct Cost means a cost not to exceed the cost of labor, material, travel and other expenditures to the extent the costs are directly incurred to provide the relevant assistance or service. “Direct Cost” to the Acquirer for its use of any of a Respondent’s employees’ labor shall not exceed the average hourly wage rate for such employee;

  • Applicable Monthly Payment For any Mortgage Loan (including an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan) with respect to any month (including any such Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgaged Property has become an REO Property), the Monthly Payment; provided, however, that for purposes of calculating the amount of any P&I Advance required to be made by the Master Servicer or the Trustee, notwithstanding the amount of such Applicable Monthly Payment, interest shall be calculated at the Mortgage Rate less the Servicing Fee Rate and, if applicable, shall be exclusive of Excess Interest; and provided, further, that for purposes of determining the amount of any P&I Advance, the Monthly Payment shall be as reduced pursuant to any modification of a Mortgage Loan pursuant to Section 3.24 of this Agreement or pursuant to the applicable Outside Servicing Agreement, or pursuant to any bankruptcy, insolvency, or other similar proceeding involving the related Mortgagor.

  • Gross advance amount means the sum payable to the payee or for the payee's account as consideration for a transfer of structured settlement payment rights before any reductions for transfer expenses or other deductions to be made from such consideration.

  • Minimum Monthly Payment for any Mortgage Loan and any month means the minimum amount required to be paid by the related mortgagor in that month.

  • Maximum allowable cost means the maximum amount that a pharmacy benefit manager will reimburse a pharmacy for the cost of a drug.

  • Aggregate Stated Principal Balance As to any Distribution Date, the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balances for all Mortgage Loans (and when such term is used with respect to a particular Mortgage Pool, the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Pool) which were outstanding on the Due Date in the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date.

  • Allowable cost means a cost that complies with all legal requirements that apply to a particular federal education program, including statutes, regulations, guidance, applications, and approved grant awards.

  • Notional Principal Amount For calculating interest payments, on each Class of outstanding Interest Only MAC Notes as of any Payment Date, an amount equal to the outstanding Class Principal Balance as of such Payment Date of the portion of the related Class of Class M Notes that was exchanged for such Interest Only MAC Note.

  • Class A Loss Percentage As to any Determination Date and any Class of Class A Certificates (other than the Class A-PO Certificates) then outstanding, the percentage calculated by dividing the Principal Balance of such Class by the Class A Loss Denominator (determined without regard to any such Principal Balance of any Class of Class A Certificates not then outstanding), in each case determined as of the preceding Determination Date.

  • Balance Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1 of this Agreement.
