Aggregate Cash Payment definition

Aggregate Cash Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e)(1).
Aggregate Cash Payment means, as of any Settlement Date, an amount equal to (a) the amount of the Advance (if any) being made on such Settlement Date, plus (b) the collected balance in the Purchaser’s Account as of the open of business on the Preparation Date immediately preceding such Settlement Date (other than that portion of such collected balance which represents collections which have been received, but not yet identified and applied to a specific Account Debtor in a Receivables Report delivered to Purchaser by Servicer and collections on Unsold Receivables), plus (c) the amount of any credit to be applied to the purchase of any Account Receivable pursuant to Section 2.7(a)(ii)(A) of the Purchase Agreement, less (d) the amounts indicated in items (i) through (x) of Section 2.08(d), as such items are calculated as of such Settlement Date.
