Preparation Date definition

Preparation Date means the date of preparation of this Statement of Reserves Data and Other Oil and Gas Information, being April 22, 2005;
Preparation Date means each date which is two Business Days before each Settlement Date; provided that the initial Preparation Date shall be the Effective Date.
