Aggregate Commitment Ratio means, with respect to any Lender, the ratio, expressed as a percentage, of (a) the unutilized Revolving Loan Commitment plus Loans (other than Swing Loans and Agent Advances) outstanding plus participation interests in Letter of Credit Obligations, Swing Loans and Agent Advances outstanding of such Lender, divided by (b) the sum of the aggregate unutilized Revolving Loan Commitment plus Loans (other than Swing Loans and Agent Advances) outstanding plus participation interests in Letter of Credit Obligations, Swing Loans and Agent Advances of all Lenders, which, as of the Agreement Date, are set forth (together with Dollar amounts of the Revolving Loan Commitments) on Schedule 1(a).
