Aggregate Common Number definition

Aggregate Common Number means the aggregate number of shares of Company Common Stock outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time (including for this purpose all shares of Company Common Stock issued or issuable upon exercise, conversion or exchange in full of all unvested and vested Company Options and Company Warrants which are not exercised, converted, exchanged or expired as of the Effective Time).

Aggregate Common Number has the meaning ascribed to it in Section ------- 1.6. ---
Aggregate Common Number means the sum of (1) the number of shares of Company Common Stock issued and outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time and (2) the number of shares of Company Common Stock issuable upon exercise, conversion or exchange of any security of the Company issued and outstanding as of the Effective Time that is exercisable, convertible or exchangeable into Company Common Stock (including Company Stock Options (as hereinafter defined)).
