Company Stock Purchase Rights definition

Company Stock Purchase Rights means, collectively, the Company Options and the Company Warrants.
Company Stock Purchase Rights means all outstanding stock options, warrants, convertible debt, or other rights to purchase shares of Company Common Stock, whether or not exercisable and whether or not vested.
Company Stock Purchase Rights means the rights to purchase shares of Company Common Stock under the ESPP with payroll deductions made under the ESPP.

  • Company Options means any options to purchase shares of Company Common Stock, whether granted pursuant to any of the Company Stock Plans or otherwise.
