Unvested Company Options definition

Unvested Company Options means any Company Options that may be forfeited to or repurchased by the Company under the terms of any Contract with the Company (including, without limitation, any stock option agreement, or stock option exercise agreement, or restricted stock purchase agreement).
Unvested Company Options means, as of immediately prior to the Effective Time (after giving effect to any acceleration resulting from or in connection with the Merger), all Company Options to the extent they are not then Vested Company Options.
Unvested Company Options means any Company Options that are not Vested Company Options.

  • No former holder of any Unvested Company Options shall be entitled to any payment with respect thereto.
