Aggregate Eligible Receivables Balance definition

Aggregate Eligible Receivables Balance means, at any time of determination, the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables then in the Receivables Pool.
Aggregate Eligible Receivables Balance means, as of any date, the Aggregate Outstanding Principal Balance of all Transferred Receivables which are Eligible Receivables on such day of determination.
Aggregate Eligible Receivables Balance means, at any time, an amount equal to (a) the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables, minus (b) the Deferred Revenue Offset Amount.
