Aggregate Excess Availability definition

Aggregate Excess Availability means the aggregate of Excess Availability and Last Out Availability.
Aggregate Excess Availability means, at any time of determination, the difference of (a) the Aggregate Line Cap at such time minus (b) the Aggregate Revolving Credit Exposure.
Aggregate Excess Availability means, at any time, (i) Excess Availability plus (ii)(x) the aggregate CF Revolving Credit Commitments minus (y) the aggregate CF Revolving Credit Exposure.

Aggregate Excess Availability means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the U.S. Excess Availability as of such time, plus (b) the European Excess Availability as of such time.
