Aggregate Fixed Charges means, in any Relevant Year t, the sum of the values of Ft under paragraph 1 of Part 2 and the corresponding provisions of each other relevant access agreement; "Baseline timetabled traffic milest" has the meaning ascribed to it in paragraph 2A of Part 2; "Basic Amount" has the meaning ascribed to it in paragraph 1.1(a) of Part 3A;
