Assumed Balance With respect to any Distribution Date, Class of Subordinated Certificates and Loan Group, each such Class' pro rata interest (based on their respective Class Certificate Balances) in such Loan Group equal to the product of the Subordinated Percentage for such Loan Group as of such Distribution Date and the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of each Mortgage Loan in such Loan Group as of the Due Date occurring in the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date (after giving effect to Principal Prepayments received in the Prepayment Period related to such prior Due Date).

Aggregate Targeted Balance With respect to any group of Targeted Principal Classes or Components and any Distribution Date, the amount set forth for such group for such Distribution Date in Schedule V hereto.
Loan Group Balance As to each Loan Group, the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group that were Outstanding Mortgage Loans at the time of determination.
Aggregate Loan Group Balance As to any Loan Group and as of any date of determination, will be equal to the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans in that Loan Group, except as otherwise provided, as of the last day of the related Collection Period.
Scheduled Balances Not applicable.
Class Balance With respect to any Class of Certificates, at any time, the aggregate of the
Fund balance is the value of the Accumulation Fund, determined pursuant to Section 1.4.
Specified Reserve Fund Balance means, on the Closing Date $3,846,153.85, and with respect to any Payment Date 0.25% of the initial aggregate principal balance of the Receivables as of the Cutoff Date.
Scheduled Balance Not applicable.
Targeted Balance With respect to any group of Targeted Principal Classes or Components in the aggregate and any Distribution Date appearing in Schedule V hereto, the Aggregate Targeted Balance for such group and Distribution Date. With respect to any other Targeted Principal Class or Component and any Distribution Date appearing in Schedule V hereto, the applicable amount appearing opposite such Distribution Date for such Class or Component.
Unpaid Balance of any Receivable means at any time the unpaid principal amount thereof.
Loan Group II Cap With respect to the Group II Mortgage Loans as of any Distribution Date, the product of (i) the weighted average of the Adjusted Net Mortgage Rates then in effect on the beginning of the related Due Period on the Group II Mortgage Loans and (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is 30 and the denominator of which is the actual number of days in the Interest Accrual Period related to such Distribution Date.
Group II Allocation Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is (i) the Group II Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date, and the denominator of which is (ii) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date.
Loan Group I Cap With respect to the Group I Mortgage Loans as of any Distribution Date, the product of (i) the weighted average of the Adjusted Net Mortgage Rates then in effect on the beginning of the related Due Period on the Group I Mortgage Loans and (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is 30 and the denominator of which is the actual number of days in the Interest Accrual Period related to such Distribution Date.
Group 1 Available Funds As to any Distribution Date, the sum of (a) the aggregate amount held in the Collection Account at the close of business on the related Servicer Remittance Date and, without duplication, on deposit in the Distribution Account at the close of business of the related Distribution Account Deposit Date, attributable to the Group 1 Mortgage Loans net of (i) the Amount Held for Future Distribution related to the Group 1 Mortgage Loans, (ii) amounts related to the Group 1 Mortgage Loans permitted to be withdrawn from the Collection Account pursuant to clauses (i)-(viii) inclusive and clauses (ix)(a)(ii) and (iii), (ix)(b), (x) and (xi) of Section 3.10(a), (iii) after giving effect to all amounts deposited to the Distribution Account from the Collection Account, amounts related to the Group 1 Mortgage Loans permitted to be withdrawn from the Distribution Account pursuant to clauses (i)-(iv) inclusive of Section 3.10(b), and (iv) any Fair Market Value Excess, (b) the amount of the related Advances related to the Group 1 Mortgage Loans and (c) in connection with Defective Mortgage Loans in Loan Group 1, as applicable, the aggregate of the Purchase Prices and Substitution Adjustment Amounts deposited on the related Distribution Account Deposit Date.
Aggregate Funded Spread As of any Measurement Date, the sum of: (a) in the case of each Floating Rate Obligation (other than a Defaulted Obligation) that bears interest at a spread over a reference rate based index that is a Benchmark-based Index or is the same as the then-current Benchmark applicable to the Floating Rate Debt (including, for any Permitted Deferrable Obligation, only the excess of the required current cash pay interest required by the Underlying Documents thereon over the applicable index and excluding the unfunded portion of any Delayed Drawdown Collateral Obligation and Revolving Collateral Obligation), (i) the stated interest rate spread paid in Cash on such Collateral Obligation above such index multiplied by (ii) the Principal Balance of such Collateral Obligation; provided that (i) with respect to any Floor Obligation, the stated interest rate spread paid in Cash on such Collateral Obligation over the applicable index shall be deemed to be equal to the sum of (x) the stated interest rate spread paid in Cash over the applicable index and (y) the excess, if any, of the specified “floor” rate relating to such Collateral Obligation over the greater of zero and the applicable index and (ii) the interest rate of each Step-Up Obligation will be deemed to be its current rate of interest and the interest rate of each Step-Down Obligation will be deemed to be the lowest rate of interest that such Collateral Obligation will by its terms pay in the future solely as a function of the passage of time; and (b) in the case of each Floating Rate Obligation (including, for any Permitted Deferrable Obligation, only the required current cash pay interest required by the Underlying Documents thereon and excluding the unfunded portion of any Delayed Drawdown Collateral Obligation and Revolving Collateral Obligation) that bears interest at a spread over an index other than a reference rate based index that is a Benchmark-based Index or is the same as the then-current Benchmark applicable to the Floating Rate Debt, (i) the excess of (x) the sum of such spread and the greater of such index or any applicable floor paid in Cash over (y) the Benchmark applicable to the Floating Rate Debt as of the immediately preceding Interest Determination Date (which spread or excess may be expressed as a negative percentage) multiplied by (ii) the Principal Balance of each such Collateral Obligation.
Required Balance has the meaning set forth in the Reinsurance Agreement.
Group II Available Funds As defined in Section 7.3(a)(ii) hereof.
New Balance This means the total outstanding balance on your account. It will be listed on each statement as the “New Balance”.
Group I Allocation Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is (i) the Group I Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date, and the denominator of which is (ii) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date.
Cut-Off Date Aggregate Principal Balance The aggregate of the Cut-Off Date Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans is as set forth in Section 11.03.
REMIC I Overcollateralized Amount With respect to any date of determination, (i) 1% of the aggregate Uncertificated Balance of the REMIC I Regular Interests (other than REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTP) minus (ii) the aggregate Uncertificated Balance of REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA1, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA2, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA3, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA4, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM1, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM2, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM3, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM4, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM5, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM6, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM7, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM8, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM9, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM10, in each case as of such date of determination.
Class B-6 Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-6 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d). Except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B-6 Certificates are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), the Class B-6 Percentage for such Distribution Date will be zero.
