Lockbox Bank of the same pursuant to the Account Control Agreement, the Liens in favor of the Indenture Trustee on the Trust Estate shall automatically terminate and the Indenture Trustee shall convey and transfer of all right, title and interest in and to the Loans and other property and funds in the Trust Estate to the Issuer.

Lockbox Bank means the clearing bank which establishes, maintains and holds the Lockbox Account, which shall be an Eligible Institution.
