Aggregate Size definition

Aggregate Size means the total balance sheet asset value, total revenue or total exposures (whichever is the highest of the 3) or such other measure of the size of the businesses as the Authority may specify by notice in writing;

  • Aggregate Subordinate Percentage As to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction the numerator of which is the aggregate of the Class Certificate Principal Balances of the Classes of Subordinate Certificates and the denominator of which is the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date.

  • Aggregate Outstandings means, at a particular time, the sum of (a) the Aggregate Letters of Credit Outstandings at such time and (b) the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Revolving Credit Loans at such time.

  • Aggregate Revolving Credit Outstandings shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.2(b).

  • Aggregate Senior Percentage As to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the aggregate of the Class Principal Amounts of the Class 1-A1, Class 1-A2, Class 1-AR, Class 2-A1, Class 2-A2, Class 3-A1, Class 3-A2, Class 4-A1, Class 4-A2, Class 5-A1 and Class 5-A2 Certificates and the denominator of which is the Aggregate Stated Principal Balance for such date, but in no event greater than 100%.

  • Significance Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, and in accordance with Item 1115 of Regulation AB, shall be a percentage equal to the Significance Estimate divided by the aggregate outstanding Certificate Principal Balance of the Certificates, prior to the distribution of the Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date.

  • Utilization Fee Rate means the percentage set forth in Schedule 1 hereto beside the then applicable Level.

  • Facility Amount means (a) prior to the end of the Revolving Period, $250,000,000, unless this amount is permanently reduced pursuant to Section 2.5 or increased pursuant to Section 2.8, in which event it means such lower or higher amount and (b) from and after the end of the Revolving Period, the Advances Outstanding.

  • Maximum Available Commitment means, subject to the proviso contained in the third sentence of Section 2.02(a), at any time of determination, (a) the Maximum Commitment at such time less (b) the aggregate amount of each Interest Advance outstanding at such time; provided that following a Provider Advance or a Final Advance, the Maximum Available Commitment shall be zero.

  • Concentration Percentage means (i) for any Group A Obligor, 10.00%, (ii) for any Group B Obligor, 8.00%, (iii) for any Group C Obligor, 6.00% and (iv) for any Group D Obligor, 4.00%.

  • Undrawn Availability at a particular date shall mean an amount equal to (a) the lesser of (i) the Formula Amount, or (ii) the Maximum Revolving Advance Amount, minus the Maximum Undrawn Amount of all Letters of Credit, minus (b) the sum of (i) the outstanding amount of Revolving Advances, plus (ii) amounts due and owing to any Borrower’s trade creditors which are outstanding sixty (60) days or more past the due date thereof.

  • Aggregate Collateral Balance means, as at any Measurement Date, the amount equal to the aggregate of the following amounts, as at such Measurement Date:

  • Applicable Unused Line Fee Margin means the per annum fee, from time to time in effect, payable in respect of Borrowers’ non-use of committed funds pursuant to Section 1.9(b), which fee is determined by reference to Section 1.5(a).
