Aggregate Threshold Amount definition

Aggregate Threshold Amount means five percent (5%) of the outstanding principal balance of the Mortgage Loan.
Aggregate Threshold Amount means the sum of $400,000,000 plus the total of all Threshold Amount Increases effected under Section 2.17.
