Withheld Amount definition
Withheld Amount means any amount required to be withheld by the Partnership to pay over to any taxing authority as a result of any allocation or distribution of income to a Partner.
Withheld Amount means the amount withheld under subregulation (2)(b) plus interest on that amount accrued under subregulation (3).

With respect to (a) each Interest Reserve Loan and (b) each Distribution Date occurring in (i) January of each calendar year that is not a leap year and (ii) February of each calendar year, an amount equal to one day's interest at the related Mortgage Rate (less any Servicing Fee payable therefrom) on the respective Stated Principal Balance as of the Due Date in the month in which such Distribution Date occurs, to the extent that a Monthly Payment or Delinquency Advance is made in respect thereof.

Withheld Amount means any amount required to be withheld by the Partnership with respect to a Limited Partner and paid over to any taxing authority as a result of any allocation or distribution of income to a Limited Partner or any other transaction. Certain additional terms and phrases have the meanings set forth in Exhibit B.
