As all the percentage ratio (other than the profits ratio) in respect of the Aggregated Cap are less than 25% and the Aggregated Cap is less than HK$10,000,000, the transactions contemplated under the Interior Design Consultancy Agreement and the Framework Agreement will be subject to the reporting, annual review and announcement requirements but are exempt from the independent shareholders’ approval requirements under Chapter 14A of the Listing Rules.

Customer acknowledges that Provider may compile Aggregated Statistics based on Customer Data input into the Services.
