  • The lifting program as finally determined pursuant to the provisions of Article 10.1 for any Lifting Month is referred to herein as the “ Agreed Lifting Program” for such Lifting Month, and the three (3) Day range for the arrival of any vessel contained in any Agreed Lifting Program is referred to herein as the “Agreed Laydays” for such vessel.
