Agreed Net Working Capital definition

Agreed Net Working Capital means the working capital of the Company, whether positive or negative, based on the principles set forth in Schedule XII and agreed by the Seller 1, Purchaser, and the Promoter in terms of Clause 4.1(d).
Agreed Net Working Capital means an amount of DKK 86,839,956.41.
