Flow rate means the rate at which water flows through pipes, valves and emission devices, measured in gallons per minute, gallons per hour, or cubic feet per second.
Peak flow rate means the maximum instantaneous flow from a given storm condition at a particular location.
Heat Rate means the quantity of BTU’s consumed to produce a kilowatt-hour of energy, calculated as follows:
Maximum Net Mortgage Rate With respect to any adjustable rate Mortgage Loan and any date of determination, the Maximum Mortgage Rate minus the sum of (i) the Subservicing Fee Rate and (ii) the Servicing Fee Rate. PJM Region Installed Reserve Margin means the percent installed reserve margin for the PJM Region required pursuant to RAA, Schedule 4.1, as approved by the PJM Board.
