Alcohol Beverage Authorities definition

Alcohol Beverage Authorities means the United States Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (the “TTB”), the Georgia Department of Revenue, City of Atlanta and any other local, state or federal Governmental Agency responsible for regulating the manufacturing, distribution, sale and/or marketing of alcohol beverages.
Alcohol Beverage Authorities means the TTB, as well as the applicable state, local, municipal, provincial, foreign and other Governmental Authorities that regulate the production and sale of alcoholic beverage products.
Alcohol Beverage Authorities means any Governmental Authority responsible for, or involved in, the regulation of the manufacturing, distillation, distribution, sale and/or marketing of alcohol beverages in any justification (including United States Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (the “TTB”), as well as any federal, state, local, municipal, provincial, foreign or other Governmental Authority that regulates the manufacturing, distillation, distribution, sale and/or marketing of alcohol beverages).

If the context requires, Retail Marijuana includes Retail Marijuana Concentrate and Retail Marijuana Product.

  • Drug paraphernalia means all equipment, products, and materials of any kind, which are used for injecting, ingesting, inhaling or otherwise introducing a drug into the human body. This includes, but is not limited to, all equipment, products and materials prohibited or controlled by State or Federal laws.

  • Medical marijuana waste or "waste" means unused,

  • Gaming Authorities means any foreign, federal, state or local governmental entity or authority, or any department, commission, board, bureau, agency, court or instrumentality thereof, regulating gaming activities or related activities.

  • U.S.-flag air carrier means an air carrier holding a certificate under 49 U.S.C. Chapter 411.

  • Liquor means beverages that are intended for human consumption containing over 1% alcohol by volume (e.g., spirits, wine, liqueur, coolers, cider or beer).

  • Nevada Gaming Authorities means, collectively, the Nevada Gaming Commission, the Nevada State Gaming Control Board, and the Xxxxx County Liquor and Gaming Licensing Board.

  • Cannabis wholesaler means any licensed person or entity that purchases or otherwise obtains, stores, sells or otherwise transfers, and may transport, cannabis items for the purpose of resale or other transfer to either another cannabis wholesaler or to a cannabis retailer, but not to consumers.
