If, after two written requests from CILEx Regulation, a Relevant Person fails to respond, or does so inadequately, an additional Allegation of misconduct relating to that failure may be added.
General definitions● Allegation of misconduct: A suspicion becomes an allegation if the relevant body decides to pursue an investigation on the reported complaint or concern.● Emotional Abuse: A persistent attack on a child’s or person’s self-esteem, emotional and psychological well-being.
