Standards of Ethical Conduct. The public must have confidence in our integrity as a public agency and we will act at all times to preserve the trust of the community and protect Capital Metro’s reputation. To demonstrate our integrity and commitment to ethical conduct we will:
(1) Continuously exhibit a desire to serve the public and display a helpful, respectful manner.
(2) Exhibit and embody a culture of safety in our operations.
(3) Understand, respect and obey all applicable laws, regulations and Capital Metro policies and procedures both in letter and spirit.
(4) Exercise sound judgment to determine when to seek advice from legal counsel, the Ethics Officer or others.
(5) Treat each other with honesty, dignity and respect and will not discriminate in our actions toward others.
(6) Continuously strive for improvement in our work and be accountable for our actions.
(7) Transact Capital Metro business effectively and efficiently and act in good faith to protect the Authority’s assets from waste, abuse, theft or damage.
(8) Be good stewards of Capital Metro’s reputation and will not make any representation in public or private, orally or in writing, that states, or appears to state, an official position of Capital Metro unless authorized to do so.
(9) Report all material facts known when reporting on work projects, which if not revealed, could either con- ceal unlawful or improper practices or prevent informed decisions from being made.
(10) Be fair, impartial and ethical in our business dealings and will not use our authority to unfairly or illegally influence the decisions of other employees or Board members.
(11) Ensure that our personal or business activities, relationships and other interests do not conflict or appear to conflict with the interests of Capital Metro and disclose any potential conflicts.
(12) Encourage ethical behavior and report all known unethical or wrongful conduct to the Capital Metro Eth- ics Officer or the Board Ethics Officer.
Standards of Ethical Conduct. The employee agrees that he or she is bound by official Standards of Ethical Conduct for Employees of the Executive Branch (5 CFR Part 2635), while working at the alternative worksite.
Standards of Ethical Conduct. 1. National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) sororities shall impress upon their undergraduate and alumnae members that they shall respect and obey the letter and the spirit of all NPC Unanimous Agreements.
2. In case of Panhellenic difficulties, all chapters involved shall do their utmost to restore harmony and to prevent publicity, both in the college and the community.
3. NPC denounces the arbitrary priority rating of women’s sororities.
4. NPC denounces the ranking or categorization of chapters determined by administrative personnel, according to a chapter’s compliance with university standards or guidelines.
5. NPC sorority members shall not suggest to any potential new member that she refuse a bid from one organization in order to wait for a bid from another organization or suggest that a potential new member list only one choice on her membership recruitment acceptance binding agreement (MRABA).
6. It is in accord with the dignity and good manners of sorority women to:
A. Avoid disparaging remarks about any sorority or college woman.
B. Create friendly relations between sorority and nonsorority women.
C. Avoid negative publicity on Panhellenic matters.
7. NPC discourages the use of Greek-letter sorority names and insignia in inappropriate or distasteful commercial advertising.
8. NPC has no affiliation or connection with any high school sorority.
9. NPC supports all efforts to eliminate hazing.

Standards of Ethical Conduct. Grantee will publish written policy guidelines, as approved by BBG, on conflict of interest and avoidance thereof. These guidelines will reflect federal laws and must cover financial interest, gifts, gratuities and favors, nepotism, political activity and foreign affiliations, outside employment, and use of company assets. These rules must also indicate how outside activities, relationships, and financial interests are reviewed by the responsible grantee official(s). Grantee will ensure that each employee is given a copy of the policy and notified that, as a condition of employment under the grant, the employee must abide by the terms of the policy.

Standards of Ethical Conduct. All recipients of EDI awards must make a shared commitment to the ethical conduct of all activities carried out as part of the program. This includes adherence to all the laws and regulations of the countries where EDI research is to take place. EDI encourages all selected research teams to take time to thoroughly review the legal requirements of their host countries prior to implementation of research activities. Moreover, participants in the EDI program are expected to maintain the highest levels of integrity and intellectual honesty, with specific regard for research involving human subjects. As noted above, EDI researchers must secure approval from their host institution’s Institutional Review Board (IRB) for any human subjects protocol required to implement your project. Similarly, as a generator and user of data, EDI is committed to compliance with all applicable laws related to confidentiality, privacy, and ownership of this information. Recipients of EDI funds are expected to familiarize themselves with the applicable and relevant laws, policies, directives, and agreements related to the access, use, protection, and disclosure of data generated or used as part of the program. Finally, EDI prohibits its researchers from engaging in any effort to change the findings of their studies, fabricate data, misrepresent results, use the ideas or writings of others without proper citation or consent, or otherwise engage in acts of research misconduct. All primary data collection funded by EDI will be anonymised and made publicly available and the research teams will be responsible for cleaning data and preparing public use data. Standards of Ethical Conduct. Describes specific behavioral expectations that express the spirit of the Panhellenic Creed. For example, women are to avoid speaking disparagingly about members of other organizations or any collegiate woman, and to refrain from conduct that would reflect negatively on NPC or its members. This UA condemns hazing and denounces the public ranking or categorizing of individual chapters.
