Allocated Interchange definition

Allocated Interchange means the Interchange allocated to the Accounts and sold to the Transferor pursuant to Article V(p) of the Receivables Purchase Agreement.
Allocated Interchange means Interchange arising out of transactions in each Account on or after the Addition Cut-Off Date for such Account.
Allocated Interchange shall have the meaning set forth in the Receivables Purchase Agreement.

Examples of Allocated Interchange in a sentence

  • The Allocated Interchange for each Monthly Period shall be paid by Chase USA to Purchaser in immediately available funds on or before the succeeding Transfer Date.

  • For each Monthly Period, beginning with February 5, 2002 Monthly Period, Chase USA shall calculate the amount of the Allocated Interchange as described in this Section.

  • On or prior to each Determination Date such Transferor shall notify the Servicer (or notify another Transferor if such other Transferor is notifying the Servicer on behalf of all Transferors) of the amount of the Allocated Interchange received by the Transferor under the Receivables Purchase Agreement and such Allocated Interchange shall be included as Collections of Finance Charge Receivables with respect to the preceding Monthly Period.

  • Except as otherwise provided below, the Servicer shall deposit Collections into the Collection Account no later than the second Business Day following the Date of Processing of such Collections, except for Collections consisting of Allocated Interchange, the Certificateholders' allocable portion of which the Servicer shall deposit into the Collection Account no later than 12:00 noon, New York City time, on the Transfer Date and the Transferors' allocable portion of which the Transferors shall retain.

  • The Transferor hereby assigns, sets-over, conveys, pledges and grants a security interest and lien to the Trustee for the benefit of the Series 2004-1 Certificateholders in all Allocated Interchange and the proceeds of all Allocated Interchange, as set forth in this subsection 3(b).

  • Not later than 12:00 noon, New York City time, on the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date, the Transferor shall deposit into the Collection Account, in immediately available funds, the amount of the Allocated Interchange to be so included as Collections of Finance Charge Receivables with respect to such Monthly Period.

  • The amount of Allocated Interchange allocable to the Series 2004-1 Certificateholders with respect to any Monthly Period shall be equal to the product of (i) the total amount of Allocated Interchange with respect to such Monthly Period and (ii) the Investor Percentage with regard to Finance Charge Receivables with respect to such Monthly Period.

  • For each calendar month, beginning with January 2002, Fleet (RI) shall calculate the amount of the Allocated Interchange as described in this Section.

  • On each Transfer Date, the Transferor shall pay, or cause WFB to pay to the Servicer, and the Servicer shall deposit into the Finance Charge Account, in immediately available funds, the amount of Allocated Interchange to be so included as Collections of Finance Charge Receivables allocable to the Investor Certificates with respect to the preceding Monthly Period.

  • On each Transfer Date for which WFB or any of its Affiliates is the Servicer, a portion of the Allocated Interchange with respect to the related Monthly Period that is on deposit in the Finance Charge Account shall be withdrawn from the Finance Charge Account and paid to the Servicer in payment of a portion of the Investor Servicing Fee with respect to such Monthly Period (“Servicer Interchange”).


More Definitions of Allocated Interchange

Allocated Interchange for each calendar month means the amount determined as provided in Section 2.04.

Related to Allocated Interchange

  • PJM Interchange means the following, as determined in accordance with the Operating Agreement and Tariff: (a) for a Market Participant that is a Network Service User, the amount by which its interval Equivalent Load exceeds, or is exceeded by, the sum of the interval outputs of its operating generating resources; or (b) for a Market Participant that is not a Network Service User, the amount of its Spot Market Backup; or (c) the interval scheduled deliveries of Spot Market Energy by a Market Seller from an External Resource; or (d) the interval net metered output of any other Market Seller; or (e) the interval scheduled deliveries of Spot Market Energy to an External Market Buyer; or (f) the interval scheduled deliveries to an Internal Market Buyer that is not a Network Service User. PJM Interchange Energy Market:

  • PJM Interchange Import means the following, as determined in accordance with the Operating Agreement and Tariff: (a) for a Market Participant that is a Network Service User, the amount by which its interval Equivalent Load exceeds the sum of the interval outputs of its operating generating resources; or (b) for a Market Participant that is not a Network Service User, the amount of its Spot Market Backup purchases; or (c) the interval scheduled deliveries of Spot Market Energy to an External Market Buyer; or (d) the interval scheduled deliveries to an Internal Market Buyer that is not a Network Service User. PJM Liaison:

  • Required Allocations means (a) any limitation imposed on any allocation of Net Losses or Net Termination Losses under Section 6.1(b) or 6.1(c)(ii) and (b) any allocation of an item of income, gain, loss or deduction pursuant to Section 6.1(d)(i), 6.1(d)(ii), 6.1(d)(iv), 6.1(d)(vii) or 6.1(d)(ix).

  • Interchange means the electronic exchange of Data between the Parties using the Adopted Protocol;

  • Allocated Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6 hereof.

  • Purchase Price Allocation has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(a).

  • Allocated Loan Amount means, for an Individual Property, the amount set forth on Schedule II attached hereto.

  • Class B Fixed Allocation means, with respect to any Monthly Period following the Revolving Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B Investor Interest as of the close of business on the last day of the Revolving Period and the denominator of which is equal to the Investor Interest as of the close of business on the last day of the Revolving Period.

  • Authorized Allocation means an amount equivalent to $500,000 to be withdrawn from the Credit Account and deposited into the Special Account pursuant to paragraph 3 (a) of this Schedule.

  • Allocation Area means that part of a redevelopment project area to which an allocation provision of a resolution adopted under section 8 of this chapter refers for purposes of distribution and allocation of property taxes.

  • Agreed Allocation means any allocation, other than a Required Allocation, of an item of income, gain, loss or deduction pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.1, including a Curative Allocation (if appropriate to the context in which the term “Agreed Allocation” is used).

  • Allocation shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.7.

  • Servicer Interchange means, for any Monthly Period, the portion of Collections of Finance Charge Receivables allocated to the Investor Certificates and deposited in the Finance Charge Account with respect to such Monthly Period that is attributable to Interchange; provided, however, that Servicer Interchange for a Monthly Period shall not exceed one-twelfth of the product of (i) the Adjusted Investor Interest as of the last day of such Monthly Period and (ii) 1.00%.

  • Inadvertent Interchange means the difference between net actual energy flow and net scheduled energy flow into or out of the individual Control Areas operated by PJM.

  • PJM Interchange Export means the following, as determined in accordance with the Operating Agreement and Tariff: (a) for a Market Participant that is a Network Service User, the amount by which its interval Equivalent Load is exceeded by the sum of the interval outputs of its operating generating resources; or (b) for a Market Participant that is not a Network Service User, the amount of its Spot Market Backup sales; or (c) the interval scheduled deliveries of Spot Market Energy by a Market Seller from an External Resource; or (d) the interval net metered output of any other Market Seller. PJM Interchange Import:

  • Allocated Value means, in respect of any particular asset of a Participating CCAA Party, the amount of the sale proceeds realized from such asset, net of costs allocated to such asset all pursuant to the Allocation Methodology and, in respect of any Secured Claim, the amount of such sale proceeds receivable on account of such Secured Claim after taking into account the priority of such Secured Claims relative to other creditors holding a Lien in such asset;

  • Asset Allocation The following single issuer limits shall apply on a market value basis, with exception of Money-Market funds and US Government guaranteed securities, which may be held without limit:

  • NERC Interchange Distribution Calculator means the NERC mechanism that is in effect and being used to calculate the distribution of energy, over specific transmission interfaces, from energy transactions.

  • PJM Interchange Energy Market means the regional competitive market administered by the Office of the Interconnection for the purchase and sale of spot electric energy at wholesale in interstate commerce and related services established pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K - Appendix.
