Allocated Interchange definition

Allocated Interchange means the Interchange allocated to the Accounts and sold to the Transferor pursuant to Article V(p) of the Receivables Purchase Agreement.
Allocated Interchange means Interchange arising out of transactions in each Account on or after the Addition Cut-Off Date for such Account.
Allocated Interchange shall have the meaning set forth in the Receivables Purchase Agreement.

Examples of Allocated Interchange in a sentence

  • Upon payment by Chase USA of such amount, Purchaser shall automatically and without further action Convey to Chase USA, without recourse, representation or warranty, all the right, title and interest of Purchaser in and to such Receivables, all Allocated Interchange, and the related Purchased Assets.

  • For each Monthly Period, beginning with February 5, 2002 Monthly Period, Chase USA shall calculate the amount of the Allocated Interchange as described in this Section.

More Definitions of Allocated Interchange

Allocated Interchange for each calendar month means the amount determined as provided in Section 2.04.
Allocated Interchange has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

Related to Allocated Interchange

  • Allocated interests means the following interests allocated to each unit:

  • PJM Interchange means the following, as determined in accordance with the Operating Agreement and Tariff: (a) for a Market Participant that is a Network Service User, the amount by which its interval Equivalent Load exceeds, or is exceeded by, the sum of the interval outputs of its operating generating resources; or (b) for a Market Participant that is not a Network Service User, the amount of its Spot Market Backup; or (c) the interval scheduled deliveries of Spot Market Energy by a Market Seller from an External Resource; or (d) the interval net metered output of any other Market Seller; or (e) the interval scheduled deliveries of Spot Market Energy to an External Market Buyer; or (f) the interval scheduled deliveries to an Internal Market Buyer that is not a Network Service User.

  • PJM Interchange Import means the following, as determined in accordance with the Operating Agreement and Tariff: (a) for a Market Participant that is a Network Service User, the amount by which its interval Equivalent Load exceeds the sum of the interval outputs of its operating generating resources; or (b) for a Market Participant that is not a Network Service User, the amount of its Spot Market Backup purchases; or (c) the interval scheduled deliveries of Spot Market Energy to an External Market Buyer; or (d) the interval scheduled deliveries to an Internal Market Buyer that is not a Network Service User.

  • Wasteload allocation or "wasteload" or "WLA" means the portion of a receiving surface water's loading or assimilative capacity allocated to one of its existing or future point sources of pollution. WLAs are a type of water quality-based effluent limitation.

  • Required Allocations means (a) any limitation imposed on any allocation of Net Losses or Net Termination Losses under Section 6.1(b) or 6.1(c)(ii) and (b) any allocation of an item of income, gain, loss or deduction pursuant to Section 6.1(d)(i), 6.1(d)(ii), 6.1(d)(iv), 6.1(d)(vii) or 6.1(d)(ix).

  • Interchange means the electronic exchange of Data between the Parties using the Adopted Protocol;

  • Allocated Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6 hereof.

  • Purchase Price Allocation has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(a).

  • Allocated Loan Amount means, for an Individual Property, the amount set forth on Schedule II attached hereto.

  • Waste load allocation means (i) the water quality-based annual mass load of total nitrogen or

  • Authorized Allocation means an amount equivalent to $500,000 to be withdrawn from the Credit Account and deposited into the Special Account pursuant to paragraph 3 (a) of this Schedule.

  • Allocation Area means that part of a redevelopment project area to which an allocation provision of a declaratory resolution adopted under section 15 of this chapter refers for purposes of distribution and allocation of property taxes.

  • Agreed Allocation means any allocation, other than a Required Allocation, of an item of income, gain, loss or deduction pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.1, including a Curative Allocation (if appropriate to the context in which the term “Agreed Allocation” is used).

  • Allocation has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.

  • Servicer Interchange means, for any Monthly Period, the portion of Collections of Finance Charge Receivables allocated to the Investor Certificates and deposited in the Finance Charge Account with respect to such Monthly Period that is attributable to Interchange; provided, however, that Servicer Interchange for a Monthly Period shall not exceed one-twelfth of the product of (i) the Adjusted Investor Interest as of the last day of such Monthly Period and (ii) 1.00%.

  • Inadvertent Interchange means the difference between net actual energy flow and net scheduled energy flow into or out of the individual Control Areas operated by PJM.

  • PJM Interchange Export means the following, as determined in accordance with the Operating Agreement and Tariff: (a) for a Market Participant that is a Network Service User, the amount by which its interval Equivalent Load is exceeded by the sum of the interval outputs of its operating generating resources; or (b) for a Market Participant that is not a Network Service User, the amount of its Spot Market Backup sales; or (c) the interval scheduled deliveries of Spot Market Energy by a Market Seller from an External Resource; or (d) the interval net metered output of any other Market Seller.

  • Therapeutic interchange means an authorized exchange of therapeutic alternate drug products in accordance with a previously established and approved written protocol.

  • Allocated Value means, in respect of any particular asset of a Participating CCAA Party, the amount of the sale proceeds realized from such asset, net of costs allocated to such asset all pursuant to the Allocation Methodology and, in respect of any Secured Claim, the amount of such sale proceeds receivable on account of such Secured Claim after taking into account the priority of such Secured Claims relative to other creditors holding a Lien in such asset;

  • Asset Allocation The following single issuer limits shall apply on a market value basis, with exception of Money-Market funds and US Treasury Bills, which may be held without limit:

  • NERC Interchange Distribution Calculator means the NERC mechanism that is in effect and being used to calculate the distribution of energy, over specific transmission interfaces, from energy transactions.

  • PJM Interchange Energy Market means the regional competitive market administered by the Office of the Interconnection for the purchase and sale of spot electric energy at wholesale in interstate commerce and related services established pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K - Appendix.

  • Percentage Allocation is defined in Section 4.3(b)(ii)(y).

  • related interest means (1) a company (other than an insured bank or a foreign bank) that is controlled by an executive officer, director, or principal shareholder or (2) a political or campaign committee that is controlled by or the funds or services of which will benefit an executive officer, director, or principal shareholder. See Section 215.11(a)(2) of

  • Reallocated Class B Principal Collections means, with respect to any Transfer Date, Collections of Principal Receivables applied in accordance with subsection 4.12(a) in an amount not to exceed the product of (a) the Class B Investor Allocation with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date and (b) the Investor Percentage with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date and (c) the amount of Collections of Principal Receivables with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date; provided, however, that such amount shall not exceed the Class B Investor Interest after giving effect to any Class B Investor Charge-Offs for such Transfer Date.

  • Reference Interconnection Offer or “RIO” means a document published by a service provider specifying terms and conditions on which the other service provider may seek interconnection with such service provider;
