Allocated Sum the funding allocated to a project in the Swansea Bay City Deal as recorded in its Project Business Case and in Schedule 7 to this Agreement subject to approval of the Project Business Case “Annual Costs the approved annual costs budget held by the Regional Office for and on behalf of the Councils in Budget” relation to the payment of any Accountable Body Costs, Economic Strategy Board Costs, Joint Committee Costs (including Joint Scrutiny Committee Costs, Programme Board Costs and Regional Office Costs) in accordance with this Agreement;

Examples of Allocated Sum in a sentence

  • The purpose of this Agreement is to allocate CARES funds so the SUBRECIPIENT may accept the Allocated Sum for the Project as defined herein and administer the Project, more specifically described in Exhibit A (“the Project”); execute Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 (42 United States Code (U.S.C.), § 5301, et seq.); and carry out a national objective as set forth in 24 CFR § 570.208.

  • By executing this Agreement and accepting the Allocated Sum for the Project, the SUBRECIPIENT certifies that the work performed will meet the national objective as further described in Exhibit A.

  • The Allocated Sum is to be requested within a period of twenty-four (24) months from the Effective Date of this Agreement.

  • AMSKILLS is allocated a total Fiscal Year 2021 sum of One Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($125,000) herein referred to as "Allocated Sum," by the COUNTY from its Jobs and Economic Opportunities Trust Fund (Xxxxx for Pasco Economic Growth Allocation), in consideration for the performance of the duties as indicated in Article Ill.

  • Distributions shall accumulate in each Series C Distribution Period from and including the preceding Series C Distribution Payment Date (other than the initial Series C Distribution Period, which shall commence on and include the Series C Original Issue Date), to but excluding the next Series C Distribution Payment Date for such Series C Distribution Period and distributions shall accrue on accumulated Series C Distributions at the Series C Distribution Rate.

  • Requests for reimbursement by the COUNTY of the Allocated Sum to the SUBRECIPIENT shall be submitted via an invoice along with Verifying Documents, defined herein, either quarterly or monthly, entered and uploaded in the Pasco County Community Development Neighborly Software.

  • Reimbursement by the COUNTY of the Allocated Sum to the SUBRECIPIENT shall be submitted using the Neigborly Software and uploading attached as Exhibit C (either quarterly or monthly), Request for CDBG Reimbursement and Quarterly Performance Report.

  • For its performance under this Agreement, the Allocated Sum shall be distributed to AMSKILLS in two equal payments, the first payment distribution within sixty (60) days of execution of this Grant Agreement, and the second payment distribution shall be made (6) months after the execution date of this Agreement.

  • The SUBRECIPIENT shall maintain all records required by Federal regulations specified in 2 CFR, as appropriate, that are pertinent to the Project herein funded by the Allocated Sum.

Related to Allocated Sum

  • Allocable Costs means costs allocable to a particular cost objective if the goods or services involved are chargeable or assignable to such cost objective in accordance with relative benefits received or other equitable relationship. Costs allocable to a specific Program may not be shifted to other Programs in order to meet deficiencies caused by overruns or other fund considerations, to avoid restrictions imposed by law or by the terms of this Agreement, or for other reasons of convenience.

  • Allocated interests means the following interests allocated to each unit:

  • Carrying Cost means book value of the assets and interest accrued thereon but not received;

  • Stipulated Loss Value is the value of each unit of Hardware at various times during the Lease as specified in the applicable Schedule; however, in no event will the Stipulated Loss Value of a Hardware unit exceed its fair market value.

  • Carrying Costs With respect to any Payment Date, the sum of amounts payable under Section 2.7(a)(iv)(A)-(C).

  • Wasteload allocation or "wasteload" or "WLA" means the portion of a receiving surface water's loading or assimilative capacity allocated to one of its existing or future point sources of pollution. WLAs are a type of water quality-based effluent limitation.

  • Estimated Project Cost means Benchmark cost of MNRE which is Rs 8.00 Crore/MWp as per MNRE letter no. 03/20/2014-15/GCRT/11.12.14 at the time of Bid Due date.

  • Allocation Area means the [Lofts on Tenth Allocation Area][Noblesville Redevelopment Allocation Area].

  • Recovery Amount means, with respect to any period prior to the Termination Date, the amount of collected funds received by the Assuming Institution that (i) are applicable against a Foreclosure Loss calculated in accordance with Exhibits 2c(1)-(3), or (iii) gains realized from a Section 4.1 sale of Single Family Shared-Loss Loans for which the Assuming Institution has previously received a Restructuring Loss payment from the Receiver (iv) or any incentive payments from national programs paid to an investor or borrower on loans that have been modified or otherwise treated (short sale or foreclosure) in accordance with Exhibit 5.

  • Percentage Allocation is defined in Section 4.3(b)(ii)(y).

  • Asset Allocation The following single issuer limits shall apply on a market value basis, with exception of Money-Market funds and US Government guaranteed securities, which may be held without limit:
