  • In the event of any inconsistency between definitions found in this Allowances Appendix and in the General Agreement, this Allowances Appendix’s definitions will prevail for purposes of all Allowance Transactions.

  • In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of an Allowance Transaction (whether evidenced in a Confirmation or otherwise) and the provisions of either this Allowances Appendix or the General Agreement (as amended by this Allowances Appendix), the terms of the Allowance Transaction shall prevail for the purpose of that Allowance Transaction.

  • Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Allowances Appendix shall have the meanings as set out in Annex 1 to this Allowances Appendix and otherwise as ascribed to them in either this Allowances Appendix or the General Agreement.

Related to Allowances Appendix

  • Amount Generally Billed or “AGB” means, with respect to emergency and other medically necessary care, the amount generally billed to individuals who have insurance covering such care.

  • Appendix means an appendix to this Agreement.

  • Part A Direct Award Criteria

  • Equipment Schedule means (a) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Requisition and (b) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Lease Supplement.

  • Policy Schedule means a schedule attached to these Terms and Benefits, which sets out, among others, the Policy Effective Date, Renewal Date, the name and the relevant particulars of the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, the eligible benefits, premium and other relevant details in respect of these Terms and Benefits.

  • Uniform application means the current version of the national association of insurance commissioners uniform application for resident and nonresident insurance producer licensing.

  • Disbursement Schedule means the disbursement schedule as set out in an FAA;

  • Cost-plus-a-percentage-of-cost contract means a contract under which the contractor is paid a percentage of the total actual expenses or costs in addition to the contractor's actual expenses or costs.

  • Maintenance Schedule means a document which describes the specific scheduled maintenance tasks and their frequency of completion necessary for the safe operation of those aircraft to which it applies;

  • Prices & Rates Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Contract Price.

  • Part II means Tariff, Part II, sections 13 through 27A pertaining to Point-To-Point Transmission Service in conjunction with the applicable Common Service Provisions of Tariff, Part I and appropriate Schedules and Attachments. Part III:

  • income-related employment and support allowance means an income-related allowance under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007;

  • Medical Benefits Schedule means the Medicare Schedule of Benefits produced by the Department of Health to which all fees and benefits relate for inpatient hospital services.

  • Annual limit on intake or "ALI" means the derived limit for the amount of radioactive material taken into the body of an adult worker by inhalation or ingestion in a year. ALI is the smaller value of intake of a given radionuclide in a year by the reference man that would result in a committed effective dose equivalent of 0.05 sievert (five rem) or a committed dose equivalent of 0.5 sievert (fifty rem) to any individual organ or tissue. ALI values for intake by ingestion and by inhalation of selected radionuclides are given in appendix C to rule 3701:1-38-12 of the Administrative Code.

  • Paycheck Protection Program means loan program created by Section 1102 of the CARES Act.
