Alpha Facility definition

Alpha Facility means that 40 Mega Watt mining facility located at 2000 Xxxxxxx Xxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, XX 00000 and including, without limitation, all assets and property of the Borrower and USDTG in respect thereof and located therein.
