Examples of Alpha Facility in a sentence

  • In the event of cessation of operations at the Alpha Facility, or the relocation of any mining equipment to another facility in accordance with Section 7.5, there shall be no breach of this Section 7.11 so long as the Loan Parties are using commercially reasonable efforts to cause such mining equipment to comply with the Adjusted Uptime requirements of this Section 7.11.

  • Upon the collateralization of each of the CoGen Facility, the Riverside Facility and the Alpha Facility, as described in the preceding sentence, the Release Date shall be deemed to have occurred, and upon the Shared Collateral Termination Date, the Credit Agreement Obligations shall be deemed not to be Secured Obligations and holders of Credit Agreement Obligations shall be deemed not to be Secured Parties on account thereof.

Related to Alpha Facility

  • Facility means any real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.
