AltaVista Platform definition

AltaVista Platform means a generic set of domestic Web pages, and any domestic Mirror Site, that may also function together as a Web site. The AltaVista Platforms may contain any or all of the following domestic sites: an Internet index, a search tool, advertising, or any other feature that might be desirable on a Web homepage. As used herein, the term "AltaVista Platforms" shall include generic and customized AltaVista Platforms, including but not limited to domestic sites and channels, such as an XxxxXxxxx.xxx, My AltaVista, XX.xxx, Xxxxxxx.xxx, the AltaVista Channels, My AV, Xxxxxxxx.xxx and Xxx0.xxx. AltaVista Platform means a generic set of web pages (or customized version thereof) that may operate as a Web site. The AltaVista Platform may contain any or all of the following: an internet index, a search tool, advertising, or any other feature that might be desirable on an internet homepage. AltaVista (itself or through its Affiliates) has and will enter into third party agreements that provide for one or more of the AltaVista Platforms to be customized and then posted live on the Internet. The customized AltaVista Platforms may be branded using third parties' names or any combination of AltaVista's, AltaVista's Affiliates and third parties' names. Furthermore, in customizing the AltaVista Platforms, any amount of content, advertising or other features may be added or deleted. For purposes of this Agreement, the term AltaVista Platform shall also include the portal site currently located at XxxxXxxxx.Xxx and/or XX.Xxx, and other similar sites branded with AltaVista's or its Affiliates' names or trademarks (e.g. any and all My AltaVista pages).

For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.

  • Commercial Mobile Radio Services (CMRS) means Commercial Mobile Radio Service, As Defined in the Act and FCC rules.
