Alternate Port definition

Alternate Port has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(b).
Alternate Port means a port (other than a Gulf Port) designated by Owner pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement; provided, however, that such port (a) shall be capable of accepting the delivery of WTG components thereto, which shall include, without limitation having adequate capabilities for receiving Suzlon's shipping vessels and inland transportation vehicles (if applicable) and sufficient berthing, offloading, management and storage capabilities for Suzlon to perform its obligations pursuant to this Agreement, and (b) shall be located in (i) the continental United States (as to Projects located in the continental United States), or (ii) the continental United States or the mainland of Canada (as to Canadian Projects).
