Alternate Receipt definition

Alternate Receipt means the receipt of quantities of gas at a receipt point not specified in Shipper’s FT, FT-SN, FT-NR, or MFP Contract.

Examples of Alternate Receipt in a sentence

  • Shipper shall have the right to utilize all other Receipt Points as Alternate Receipt Point(s), subject to availability and at a rate equal to the applicable maximum Recourse Rate for service in that zone, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties, where applicable, and subject to the provisions of the GT&C.

  • Alternate Recipient means any Child of a Participant who is recognized under a Medical Child Support Order as having a right to enrollment under this Plan as the Participant’s eligible Dependent. For purposes of the benefits provided under this Plan, an Alternate Recipient shall be treated as an eligible Dependent, but for purposes of the reporting and disclosure requirements under ERISA, an Alternate Recipient shall have the same status as a Participant.

  • alternate aerodrome means an aerodrome to which an aircraft may proceed when it becomes either impossible or inadvisable to proceed to or to land at the aerodrome of intended landing where the necessary services and facilities are available, where aircraft performance requirements can be met and which is operational at the expected time of use;

  • Alternate Bid means multiple Bids with substantive variations from the same Bidder in response to a Solicitation.

  • Alternate applicant in case of a minor means the parent/step-parent/court guardian who has made the application on behalf of the minor;

  • Authorized Official , means any peace officer authorized in terms of section 334 of the Criminal Procedures Act, 1977 (Act No 51 of 1977), as amended, or any employee of the Theewaterskloof Municipality, who is authorized by the Theewaterskloof Municipality to enforce the provisions of this by-law;

  • SOFR Administrator’s Website means the website of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, currently at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, or any successor source for the secured overnight financing rate identified as such by the SOFR Administrator from time to time.

  • Withdrawal certificate means a document known as a withdrawal of a certificate of noncompliance provided by the child support unit certifying that the certificate is withdrawn and that the board may proceed with issuance, reinstatement, or renewal of a license.

  • Term SOFR Administrator means CME Group Benchmark Administration Limited (CBA) (or a successor administrator of the Term SOFR Reference Rate selected by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion).

  • Account Opening Application Form means the application form/questionnaire completed by the Client in order to apply for the Company’s Services under this Agreement and a Client Account, via which form/questionnaire the Company will obtain amongst other things information for the Client’s identification and due diligence, his categorization and appropriateness or suitability (as applicable) in accordance with the Applicable Regulations.

  • Alternate means an alternate Director appointed under rule 4.1.

  • Grab sample means an individual sample collected in less than 15 minutes in conjunction with an instantaneous flow measurement.

  • Notice of Election to Purchase has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 15.1(b).
