Alternative Reference Banks definition

Alternative Reference Banks means the principal London offices of the banks listed in Schedule 12 (Alternative Reference Banks) or such other banks as may be appointed by the Agent in consultation with the Parent.
Alternative Reference Banks means, in relation to a Loan in a currency other than Euro, the principal London offices of the banks listed in Part 1 of Schedule 14 (Alternative Reference Banks) and, in relation to a Loan in Euro, the principal office in London of the banks listed in Part 2 of Schedule 14 (Alternative Reference Banks) or such other banks as may be appointed by the Agent in consultation with the Obligors’ Agent.
Alternative Reference Banks means, in relation to an Advance in a currency other than euro, the principal London offices of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and The Royal Bank of Scotland and, in relation to an Advance in euro, the principal offices in London of Crédit Agricole or such other banks as may be appointed by the Facility Agent with the consent of the Company.
