Interest Settlement Rates Page means the display designated as Page 3750 on the Telerate System Incorporated Service (or such other page as may replace such page on such service for the purpose of displaying the rates at which dollar deposits are offered by leading banks in the London interbank deposit market).

Interest Settlement Rates Page means the display designated as Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page (or such other page as may replace such page on such service for the purpose of displaying the rates at which the relevant Approved Currency deposits are offered by leading banks in the London interbank deposit market).; provided, further, that for any day on or after the Amendment No. 1 Effective Date, if the Eurodollar Rate for the applicable Interest Period determined in accordance with the foregoing would be less than 2.50% per annum, then the Eurodollar Rate for such day shall be 2.50% per annum.

(New York City time) on the Business Day that is the second Business Day immediately preceding the date of such determination for delivery for a term equal to such Interest Accrual Period. Operating Expenses: Assorted direct operating expenses and overhead expenses (as described in the Intercreditor Agreement) identified or allocated to each container in the Manager Fleet in accordance with the Intercreditor Agreement.
