Amalgamated Club definition

Amalgamated Club mean the registered club from the amalgamation of the Corowa R S L Club and the Howlong Country Golf Club , the corporate vehicle of which will be the Corowa R S L Club;
Amalgamated Club mean the amalgamated registered club of Toongabbie Sports Club and the Collarenebri Club, the corporate vehicle of which will be Toongabbie Sports Club;
Amalgamated Club means the amalgamated registered club of the Ex Servos Club and the Bowling Club the corporate vehicle of which will be the Ex Servos Club.

Amalgamated Club means the amalgamated registered club of the RSL Club and the Golf Club the corporate vehicle of which will be the RSL Club;

  • Corporation means a corporation, association, company, joint-stock company or business trust.

  • Amalgamation Application means the amalgamation application that will be filed with the Registrar under subsection 275(1)(a) of the BCBCA in order to give effect to the Amalgamation, substantially in the form attached hereto as Schedule C;

  • Constituent corporation means any corporation which engages with the Company, its Parent or any Subsidiary in a transaction to which Section 424(a) of the Code applies (or would apply if the option assumed or substituted were an ISO), or any Parent or any Subsidiary of such corporation.

  • Surviving Entity has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Owners Corporation means the Owners’ corporation of the Lot and the Development incorporated and registered under the Building Management Ordinance (Cap.344);
