Amended and Restated Articles definition

Amended and Restated Articles means the amended and restated articles of association of REE, to be effective upon consummation of the Merger.

Amended and Restated Articles means the proposed Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation of Milwaukee Insurance Company (attached hereto as Exhibit A) that will go into effect on the Effective Date of the Restructuring.
