Amendment and Restatement Effective Date definition

Amendment and Restatement Effective Date means June 28, 2018, the date the amendments and restatements to the Plan of May 7, 2018 are subject to approval by the Company’s stockholders at the Company’s 2018 Annual Meeting.

Amendment and Restatement Effective Date means the date on which the conditions specified in Section 4.01 are satisfied (or waived in accordance with Section 10.02).

Amendment and Restatement Effective Date has the meaning provided in the preamble hereto.

• This Agreement is an amendment and restatement of the Original Credit Agreement, it being acknowledged and agreed that as of the Amendment and Restatement Effective Date all obligations outstanding under or in connection with the Original Credit Agreement and any of the other Loan Documents (such obligations, collectively, the “Existing Obligations”) constitute obligations under this Agreement.

More Definitions of Amendment and Restatement Effective Date

Amendment and Restatement Effective Date means the date on which each of the conditions specified in Section 4(a) of the Incremental and Amendment and Restatement Agreement occur or have been waived, which date is November 7, 2016.
