Amended and Restated Management Agreement definition

Amended and Restated Management Agreement means the amended and restated management agreement dated July 31, 2013 between the Operating LP, KFM LLC and Brookfield LP;

Amended and Restated Management Agreement means the agreement pursuant to which the Manager is retained to provide, or cause to be provided, management and administrative services to the Fund as further described under “Description of the Preferred Units – Amended and Restated Management Agreement”.

The terms “BENEFICIALLY OWN” and “BENEFICIAL OWNERSHIP” shall have correlative meanings.

Amended and Restated Management Agreement means that certain amended and restated management agreement dated as of the date hereof by and among the Company, Services and Services Yakima.

Amended and Restated Management Agreement means, in relation to each Ship, the Management Agreement in respect of that Ship as amended and restated by this Agreement in the form set out in Appendix 3 and, in the plural, means all of them;

Amended and Restated Management Agreement has the meaning given such term in the Recitals.

Amended and Restated Management Agreement means the Amended and Restated Management Agreement dated as of January 15, 2010 between the Company and the Manager.
