Amended and Restated Mortgage definition

Amended and Restated Mortgage is defined in Section 1 herein.
Amended and Restated Mortgage means each amended and restated mortgage, deed of trust or deed to secure debt made by the Company or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries in favor or for the benefit of the Collateral Agent.
Amended and Restated Mortgage has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(g).

Amended and Restated Mortgage has the meaning set forth in Section 4.01(r).
