Mortgage Amendment definition

Mortgage Amendment means an amendment to an Existing Mortgage or an amendment and restatement of an Existing Mortgage, in each case in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Collateral Agent.

Mortgage Amendment as defined in Section 7.10(d)(ii)(A).

Mortgage Amendment has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5.11(c).
