Amended and Restated PCS Services Agreement definition

Amended and Restated PCS Services Agreement means the Amended and Restated PCS Services Agreement between the Company and Sprint Spectrum, L.P., governing the provision of telecommunication services by Sprint Spectrum, L.P. to the Company, dated as of October 16, 2007, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
