Amsterdam Termination Date definition

Amsterdam Termination Date means the earlier of (a) the Business Day designated by Amsterdam at any time to the Seller and (b) the Liquidity Termination Date.

  • Amsterdam shall cease to be a party hereto when the Amsterdam Termination Date has occurred, Amsterdam holds no Investment and all amounts payable to it hereunder have been indefeasibly paid in full.

Related to Amsterdam Termination Date

  • Initial Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1(b)(i).

  • Service Termination Date means the last Day in a month upon which Service shall terminate, as set forth in a Schedule of Service and subject to any renewal thereof.
