No in-kind distribution requests submitted during the 10 Business Days prior to the Trust’s Mandatory Termination Date will be honored.
In the event that the Trust shall terminate on the Mandatory Termination Date, the Trustee shall, not less than thirty (30) days prior to the Mandatory Termination Date, send a written notice to all Unitholders of record.
