Subject to this Instrument, the functions of the College shall be performed by or on the directions of An tÚdarás Rialaithe.

All sub committees established by An tÚdarás Rialaithe in accordance with paragraph2.12 shall report to An tÚdarás Rialaithe at regular intervals.
Subject to this Instrument, An tÚdarás Rialaithe may make, from time to time, such regulations as it thinks fit for the conduct of the affairs of the College.
