Anchor Investor Bid/ Offer Period means one (1) Working Day prior to the Bid/ Offer Opening Date, on which Bids by Anchor Investors shall be submitted and allocation to Anchor Investors shall be completed.

• The Bid Amounts (in Indian Rupees only) relating to Bids from the Anchor Investors during the Anchor Investor Bid/ Offer Period in the manner set forth in the Red Xxxxxxx Prospectus, the Preliminary Offering Memorandum and the Syndicate Agreement, shall be deposited with the Escrow Collection Bank at their designated branches, and shall be credited upon realization to the appropriate Escrow Accounts.
