Bid/ Offer Opening Date means except in relation to Bids received from the Anchor Investors, the date on which the Designated Intermediaries shall start accepting Bids for the Offer;

  • The Registrar shall submit the details of cancelled/ withdrawn/ deleted Bids to SCSB’s on a daily basis within 60 minutes of the bid closure time from the Bid/ Offer Opening Date till the Bid/ Offer Closing Date by obtaining the same from Stock Exchanges.
