Annex definition

Annex means an annex to this Agreement.

Annex means any annex to a Schedule under this Agreement that describes a Service or sets out the specific terms applicable to that Service.

Annex. Schedule" and "Exhibit" shall refer to Articles and Sections of, and Annexes, Schedules and Exhibits to, this Agreement unless otherwise specified.

• The Standard Terms and Conditions set forth in Annex 1 attached hereto are hereby agreed to and incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this Assignment and Assumption as if set forth herein in full.

• Each Participant has identified in Annex 1 to this Consortium Agreement certain of its Background that it is willing to grant Access Rights to, if any, and has also indicated, where relevant, whether the Access Rights to specific Background are subject to legal restrictions or limits.

More Definitions of Annex

Annex means the Annex to this Agreement as amended. The Annex forms an integral part of the Agreement and all references to the Agreement shall include reference to the Annex except where otherwise provided.

Annex shall be construed as a reference to, respectively, a clause or Annex of these terms, unless the context requires otherwise;

Annex means the annexes attached to this Grant Agreement;

Annex means any of the annexes enclosed to this Agreement and listed in Clause 1.3.

Annex shall refer to an Article or Section of, or Appendix, Exhibit or Annex to, this Agreement. The definition of a term shall include the singular, the plural, the past, the present, the future, the active and the passive forms of such term. A term defined herein and used herein preceded by a Series designation, shall mean such term as it relates to the Series designated.

Annex means each Annex attached hereto that represents a document relevant to the transactions contemplated in this Agreement.

Annex means the annexes and their relevant parts and attached hereto.
