Annexure A means the Contractor’s tender to supply the Product or render the Services or works to JOBURG MARKET in terms of the scope of work and on the terms and conditions, pricing and payment terms set out therein.

  • Fly High has acquired by way of lease space/ acquiring rights in UAE as specified in Annexure A hereto for operating their Tethered Helium Balloon amusement rides (“locations”) in accordance with the terms and conditions as set out in the Agreement executed between Fly High and each of the location owner for leasing the locations (“said lease”).
