Annual Adjusted EPS Percentage definition

Annual Adjusted EPS Percentage means for each fiscal year, a fraction (expressed as a percentage) equal to (i) the Company’s Adjusted EPS for the fiscal year divided by (ii) the Annual Adjusted EPS Target for the fiscal year.
