Annual Consumption definition

Annual Consumption means, in respect of each Shipper's offtake at an Offtake Point, the Shipper's actual offtake for the previous Gas Year(s) or the anticipated offtake by the Shipper for the following Gas Year;
Annual Consumption means the annual quantity of Services specified in the Commercial Schedule in respect of each Meter.

  • Annual Consumption Details: where we have been supplying the Property for at least a year and have up to date meter readings, details of the quantity of electricity or gas (or both) that you have used in the last 12 months at the Property or, where we do not have that information, our best estimate of quantity of electricity or gas (or both) used in the last 12 months at the Property, based on an industry best estimate.

  • We will charge you an administration fee of £250 for closing your account and the remainder of the Estimated Annual Consumption (EAC) at 6p per kWh.

  • If a validated D86 is unavailable, the Supplier shall estimate an opening Meter reading for such Metering Point based on the Customer’s Estimated Annual Consumption.

  • The Green Gas Certificate will be issued to you Quarterly, based upon your Annual Consumption for example if your Annual Consumption was 24,000kwh, you would be issued a Green Gas Certificate for 6,000kWh of Green Gas per Quarter.

  • A projection of the charges for electricity or gas (or both) at the Property for the next 12 months that will apply based on the tariff, the applicable discounts and your Annual Consumption Details.

  • To offer a fixed percentage of Green Gas, we will base this on your Annual Consumption figures for the previous year from Xoserve to calculate the cost of the Green Gas Certificate Charge.

Related to Annual Consumption

  • Actual consumption means the measured consumption by a customer of a municipal service;

  • estimated consumption means the consumption that a customer, whose consumption is not measured during a specific period, is deemed to have consumed and that is estimated by taking into account factors that are considered relevant by the Municipality and which may include the consumption of municipal services by the totality of the users of a service within the area where the service is rendered by the Municipality, at the appropriate level of service, for a specific time;

  • average consumption means the average consumption of a customer of a municipal service during a specific period, and is calculated by dividing the total measured consumption of that municipal service by that customer over the preceding three months by three;

  • Consumption of a chemical means its conversion into another chemical via a chemical reaction.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.

Consumption Data also includes payment and service history, account number, and amount billed.

  • Baseline area means any intra- state area (and every part thereof) des- ignated as attainment or unclassifiable under section 107(d)(1)(A)(ii) or (iii) of the Act in which the major source or major modification establishing the minor source baseline date would con- struct or would have an air quality im- pact for the pollutant for which the baseline date is established, as follows: equal to or greater than 1 μg/m3 (an- nual average) for SO2, NO2, or PM10; or equal or greater than 0.3 μg/m3 (annual average) for PM2.5.(ii) Area redesignations under section 107(d)(1)(A)(ii) or (iii) of the Act cannot intersect or be smaller than the area of impact of any major stationary source or major modification which:

  • gross tonnage means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I to the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969 or any successor Convention.
