Annual Consumption definition

Annual Consumption means, in respect of each Shipper's offtake at an Offtake Point, the Shipper's actual offtake for the previous Gas Year(s) or the anticipated offtake by the Shipper for the following Gas Year;
Annual Consumption means the annual quantity of Services specified in the Commercial Schedule in respect of each Meter.

Examples of Annual Consumption in a sentence

  • The Annual Consumption at each Annually Read Metering Site shall be periodised over the pre- ceding 12 Months (Periodised Annual Consumption).

  • The Annual Consumption at Annually Read Metering Sites shall be read or estimated every Year at year-end.

  • For each month in which the Distribution Company have periodised their Annual Consumption at all Annually Read Metering Sites in the Distribution Network, the Distribution Company shall submit the Periodised Consumption for such Months to Energinet.

  • Energy Costs will be based on the Eligible Household’s actual Home Energy deliveries, as reported on the Annual Consumption Report, for the primary Heating System as declared on the Eligible Household’s Application.

  • Each Gas Supplier’s Periodised Consumption shall be calculated every Month as the sum of the Periodised Annual Consumption at all the Annually Read Metering Sites which the Gas Supplier supplies with Natural Gas and the sum of the Monthly Consumption at all Monthly Read Meter- ing Sites which the Gas Supplier supplies with Natural Gas (Periodised Consumption).

  • We will charge you an administration fee of £250 for closing your account and the remainder of the Estimated Annual Consumption (EAC) at 6p per kWh.

  • These limits were fixed way back in the year 1998 and are required to be revised considering the inflation over period of years as well as current Annual Consumption Values of items.

Related to Annual Consumption

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.

  • MBOE means one thousand BOEs.

  • Gross weight means the aggregate weight of a vehicle or combination of vehicles and the load

  • Peak tube potential means the maximum value of the potential difference across the x-ray tube during an exposure.
